The Confetti Collective is based in Grovetown, GA and services the surrounding CSRA.
Do you have an order minimum?
Yes, there is a minimum order of 10ft for delivery and installation orders. Anything less than 10ft is considered a grab & go.
How much does balloon decor cost?
Easily our most frequently asked question - pricing for balloon decor can vary greatly depending on how involved the design is. To get an accurate price for your event, it is best to reach out to us via our contact form.
How long do your balloons last?
We use only the highest quality balloons & materials, however some may pop or deflate sooner than we anticipate. We cannot guarantee that your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors such as weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. The Confetti Collective will replace any balloons that we pop during transport or installation.
How long in advance do I need to book?
Our custom designs take quite a while to create and execute, so the sooner you book, the better! We strongly suggest booking at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
My event is less than a week away, can you help me?
We will certainly try our best! Last minute orders are only accepted based on our availability and colors/design may be limited to only to the balloons we have in stock at that time. The order total for last minute bookings will be due up front and may be subject to a rush booking fee.
What is a Grab & Go garland?
Our Grab & Go garlands are the perfect budget-friendly alternative that still adds the extra pop you’re looking for! These garlands are fully constructed by us and picked up, hung, and styled by you.
How long does installation usually take?
The time it takes to install our event decor varies and is based on the scale of the design. Most balloon inflation is done ahead of time so we can try to keep installation under an hour whenever possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event. Your deposit will be applied to your future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.
